Job Responsibilities:
Fiduciary Services provides tax, fiduciary and specialized account administration services for the Private Bank and Private Client Services businesses in Asset Management. Mineral property manager for Trust, Agency and Foundation accounts holding oil, gas and minerals. Candidate will oversee all areas of mineral management including negotiating leases and sale of assets; performing surface inspections of working interest properties as required; performing annual account reviews analyzing cash flows and well activity to insure proper and timely payment of revenues; calculating periodic ROR reports; monitoring and approving ad valorem taxes to be paid; preparing and presenting account reports and information in conjunction with attending client meetings with account officers; assisting with other bank personnel in marketing our mineral management services; reviewing and making recommendation to approve or reject the acceptance of new accounts holding oil and gas assets; reviewing and approving WI joint interest billings; coordinating and assisting in the closing of accounts and all necessary paperwork associated with such; preparing monthly activity reports for Director; maintaining pending legal (litigation) and environmental file for risk and reporting purposes. overseeing asset set up and verification of division of interest; understanding and clearing title issues; working with gas balancing agreements and Joint Operating Agreements.
Job Requirements:
- College Degree with emphasis on Oil and Gas coursework;
-minimum 3 years oil and gas land/property manager/division order experience;
-title curative work;
-computer literate including Word and Excel.
-Oversight Experience a plus
