Introduction:

A global leader in electronic process heating and control systems is looking for a regional sales manager to cover Eastern Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional with experience in capital equipment; boilers etc.

Job Specification:

Based in Norfolk and reporting into the Sales Director this role will be covering a territory of Eastern Europe (including Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and the former Soviet and Baltic States). The successful applicant will speak Russian.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the sales of engineered products into the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical and Power generation sectors.
- Achieving agreed sales targets and accurate order target projections for all engineered product sales.
- Management of all regional activities for all engineered product sales, including design, costing, price setting, clarification and contract handover.
- Regional management of contract commercial negotiations with clients and major sub-suppliers for new contracts and contract variations.
- Management of regional sales activities including client visits, project identification and vendor approval.
- Regional marketing activity for Engineered Products, primarily website, search engine development, literature, advertising and exhibitions.
- Technical presentations to major operators and contractors operating within the oil, gas, petrochemical and related industries
- Identification and development of new sales markets and product development.
- Preparing and completing a Monthly Sales Report, and other associated reports in a timely manner.
- To ensure that CRM database records are kept up to date.
- Position will require extensive overseas travel.

Job Essential Requirements:

- Degree or HNC qualified in mechanical or electrical engineering or can demonstrate experience within a technical sales role selling highly engineered products.
- Experience of selling engineered products into Oil and Gas, preferably capital equipment.
- Russian language ability.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Job Desired:

- International experience
- Experience of selling into energy, petrochem, power generation markets
- Experience selling into the hazardous areas market.
- Experience selling boilers, combustion, heating products.
- Foreign languages would be a distinct advantage (Russian is essential).

A salary of up to £30k, plus pension, healthcare, 20 days holiday and a free car park. The position will be based in Watton but there may be frequent travelling required.
