oil and gas career: PROJECT PLANNER
(Singapore)
Job Responsibilities:
* Reports to the Project Manager
* Developing master schedule which are realistic as compared to available capacity
* Revise master schedule when original schedule are not carried out
* Determine the number of orders to release and to balance the order backlog against available capacity
* Liaise with Project Managers / Engineers to monitor and track work progress status and compare with master schedule. Keep up to date of job progress moving through the plant of subcontractors or subsidiaries
* Develop project costing. Liaise with project staff and relevant department to monitor and track up to date of project cost in compare with project budget.
* Assist Project Engineers in planning for project schedule
* Compiling all project’s relevant document accordingly
Job Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma in engineering discipline, preferable in Mechanical, Marine or Manufacturing
* Minimum 3 years working experience in the Offshore, Marine or Oil & Gas industry
* Understanding of project management, manufacturing processes
* Knowledge of deck machinery product, marine / offshore codes, classification regulations
* Computer literacy – Excel, Words, Microsoft Project
