Gas Job vacancies: Service Coordinator (Oil & Gas / Marine)
(Singapore – Tuas South, Singapore)
Job Responsibilities:
* Attending to customer’s enquires and coordinate with engineers on servicing schedule.
* Analyze customer’s technical requirements and collaborate with Engineers to determine required spares.
* Sourcing and Ordering of spare parts for the allocated project.
* Expedite on the orders of spares and assuring they are delivered on time.
* Maintain up to date documentation of all receivables from vendor / suppliers / sub-contractors.
* Scheduling of maintenance program.
* Preparing of Invoices to the clients.
Job Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Engineering (Marine) or equivalent.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preference will be given to application with strong technical knowledge in the offshore industry. (cranes, electric motors, electric drive units, sensors and switches, winches, bearings, hydraulic components)
* Candidates must be able to read and understand engineering drawings.
* Preference will be given to candidates who are organised and able to multi-task.
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
