Oil and gas career: Mechanical Technician
(Terengganu – Terengganu Offshore Location)
Job Responsibilities:
-Perform routine preventive maintenance, trouble shooting, inspections, repair and overhauls on equipment assosiated with mechanical type such as Gas Turbine engines, diesel engines, Compressor, Boiler etc
-Operate and maintain in proper condition all test equipment, precision tools, hand tools, machine shop and rigging equipment
-Assure that inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, lube oil, consumables and special replacement parts are available for continuos operation
-Documenting and accurately reporting all maintenance repairs, overhaul, adjustment and inspection
Job Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
-At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering – Oil/Gas or equivalent. Job role in Technician/Support or equivalent.
-6 Contract positions available.
-Applicant must willing to work offshore.
