Important: Experience selling bespoke capital equipment into oil and gas

Introduction:

A global leader in electronic process heating and control systems is looking for a regional sales manager to cover Eastern Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional with experience in capital equipment; boilers etc.

Job Specification:

Based in Norfolk and reporting into the Sales Director this role will be covering a territory of Eastern Europe (including Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and the former Soviet and Baltic States). The successful applicant will speak Russian.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the sales of engineered products into the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical and Power generation sectors.
- Achieving agreed sales targets and accurate order target projections for all engineered product sales.
- Management of all regional activities for all engineered product sales, including design, costing, price setting, clarification and contract handover.
- Regional management of contract commercial negotiations with clients and major sub-suppliers for new contracts and contract variations.
- Management of regional sales activities including client visits, project identification and vendor approval.
- Regional marketing activity for Engineered Products, primarily website, search engine development, literature, advertising and exhibitions.
- Technical presentations to major operators and contractors operating within the oil, gas, petrochemical and related industries
- Identification and development of new sales markets and product development.
- Preparing and completing a Monthly Sales Report, and other associated reports in a timely manner.
- To ensure that CRM database records are kept up to date.
- Position will require extensive overseas travel.

Job Essential Requirements:

- Degree or HNC qualified in mechanical or electrical engineering or can demonstrate experience within a technical sales role selling highly engineered products.
- Experience of selling engineered products into Oil and Gas, preferably capital equipment.
- Russian language ability.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Job Desired:

- International experience
- Experience of selling into energy, petrochem, power generation markets
- Experience selling into the hazardous areas market.
- Experience selling boilers, combustion, heating products.
- Foreign languages would be a distinct advantage (Russian is essential).

A salary of up to £30k, plus pension, healthcare, 20 days holiday and a free car park. The position will be based in Watton but there may be frequent travelling required.

Important: Mechanical oil and gas experience

Introduction:

An operator based in Aberdeen are seeking a Rotating Equipment Engineer for their Aberdeen office. Salary is between £60-65k with a £6.6k car allowance.

Job Specification:

Purpose of Role

Principal supervisor for all major rotating equipment overhauls covering all our assets

Total support of all mechanical equipment.

Main equipment covered includes gas turbines, process compressors, WI pumps, MOL pumps, SWL pumps, FW pumps and will also provide support for static equipment.

Duties & Responsibilities to include:-

Provide general support to Rotating Equipment Engineers and stand in as directed by Mechanical & Rotating Equipment Team Leader.

Act as site supervisor managing and coordinating major works offshore.

Provide support for offshore as required for PM and technical issues.

Coordinate and follow up on equipment repairs, visit vendor w/shops to inspect as required.

Contribute to planning of major works and preparation of work scopes and work packs.

Liaise with vendors and arrange offshore visits & mobilisation.

Undertake problem or failure investigations onshore/offshore.

Provide input on critical spares and stock levels.

Involvement in development and management of Condition Monitoring system.

Manage technical records and documentation.

Support PM system and manage changes.

Provide support in RAR’s

Provide assistance in arranging training.

Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
